Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At ASR Pay, we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable service experience. Below you will find our policies related to cancellations, refunds, and failed transactions.
1. Order Cancellation
For queries related to order cancellations, customers must contact the respective merchant directly. The cancellation process will follow the merchant’s cancellation policy as listed on their official website.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed by the merchant in accordance with their refund policy. ASR Pay only facilitates payment transactions and does not control the delivery or availability of products/services.
Once the refund is initiated by the merchant, the amount should reflect in the customer’s bank account within 5–7 business days, depending on the bank or payment method used.
3. Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails, or no order is generated on the merchant’s website, the deducted amount (if any) will be refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
In such cases, customers are advised to wait for the mentioned timeframe. If the amount is not credited, the customer should reach out to the merchant first. For unresolved issues, ASR PAY can assist in investigating the matter further.
4. ASR PAY Role
ASr Payments acts as a technology service provider offering a payment gateway solution. We do not have control over product delivery, quality, or customer service of the merchant.
Any disputes regarding delivery, order cancellations, and returns should be directed to the concerned merchant.
5. Escalation
If the merchant fails to respond or denies refund for an undelivered product/service, the customer can escalate the issue to ASR PAY. We will review the complaint and coordinate with both the merchant and the payment processor to reach a fair resolution.
